Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, John Zink Hamworthy Combustion is a global leader in ultra-low emission process burners, boiler burners, duct burners, flares and thermal oxidizers. The company is also a global supplier of flare gas/vapor recovery and vapor combustor systems. We are currently seeking a Global Director of Human Resources. This position will work under the direct supervision of the President.

Roles, Responsibilities, and ExpectationsThe successful candidate will be an experienced leader and human resource executive with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the engineering and manufacturing field. We are searching for an energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. This position manages a local HR staff (2 HR Leaders, Sr. HR Representative, and HR Assistant) which is led from Tulsa as well as functional supervisory responsibility for global HR staff including resources in: UK, Luxembourg, Germany, Brazil, and South Korea.To be effective this person will need to be a strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. A well-organized and self-directed individual who ispolitically savvyand a team player. An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills. A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor. An excellent facilitator who is experienced in conflict resolution. A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail oriented perspective who will understand, purposefully apply, and coach employees on our culture of MBMWork Experience REQUIRED Seven (7) or more years of HR generalist experienceExperienced in resolving employee relations issuesStrong Microsoft Office Software skills (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc...) Experience analyzing data and making recommendations to managementWork Experience PREFERRED Three (3) or more years of international HR experienceEducation/Certification RequiredBachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field PHR/SPHR/GPHR or equivalent CertificationEducation/Certification PreferredMasters degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fieldPhysical Demands/ Unusual Working Conditions Able and willing to travel at least 25% of the time (including international travel)
