Summary:

  • The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible forsupporting the HR Operational Excellence team in achieving their goals andobjectives in support of the overall US HR team.

  • This role will maintain HR data integrity through avariety of data collection and submission processes; monitors or keys employeeand HR related data;

  • Compiles and manipulates data to create basicreports that inform decision-making

  • Provides general support for a variety of HR systems(Workday) and processes

  • Assists in the research, escalation and resolutionof people-related operational issues;

  • Provides project management and administrativesupport to key HR initiatives.

  • Main areas of responsibility include: Processing ofBAU and Manual Track Workday tasks, conducting audits and correcting issues,partnering with various stakeholders, and assisting with special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • BAU Processing / Manual Track Processing.

  • Maintaining HR system data integrity and workingwith members of the Operational Excellence team to process data updates via bothelectronic and paper processes.

  • Developing broad HR systems and process knowledge inorder to provide support, reporting and issue resolution related to keyinitiatives. May be trained and tasked with system administratorresponsibilities for selected systems, including those related to PositionFulfilment, Compensation, Recruiting and On-boarding, Employee exits andothers.

  • Researching, escalating and resolving issues.Identifying and documenting recurring or systemic issues that require broaderattention and resolution by the Operational Excellence team.

  • Manually setting up employees in the HR system.

Audits:

  • Auditing data periodically and making corrections asrequired.

  • Running both periodic and ad hoc reports fromWorkday and other HR systems data. May develop, monitor, and schedule automatedreports.

RelationshipManagement:

  • Fielding general HR questions from team members andbusiness-facing HRBP’S.

  • Support the management of issues and/or escalationsrelated to the HRSC (Aon Hewitt).

  • Maintain relationships with other Stakeholders andpartner to drive issues to resolution

Qualifications:

  • High school degree is required. A college degreewith a focus on HR or HRIS systems is preferred.

  • Proficiency with Office Suite is required. Strongtechnical skills, including the ability to manipulate complex data in Excel isessential. The ability to create and edit presentation information inPowerPoint is preferred.

  • Knowledge of, and practical experience with, Workdayis strongly preferred, or another HRIS system is required.
